Online Training Materials
The core of the course is the online formation platform at aula.daomac.com, where the complete methodology, recordings, and theoretical foundations are systematically presented.
The live weekends serve as practical integration moments within the development of the online modules — alchemical events offered as a shared experiential complement to the digital curriculum.
The Five Animal Form of Hua Tuo is composed of seven sections. For each section, you will find:
-
A complete recording of the entire sequence
-
A second recording where each movement is shown individually
-
A third recording from an additional perspective for greater clarity
This is essential because when practicing any form of moving meditation, we must learn to understand through seeing. As Master Wang always emphasized: we usually understand through listening, but here we must learn to understand through seeing. This means observing carefully — seeing how a person performs a movement and perceiving how that movement feels.
In our movement-based arts training, this visual understanding deepens our energetic perception of the person performing a form — whether in Daoyin, Tai Chi, or any other martial art.

Why Live Practice Integration Matters
We have made several attempts to offer the course entirely online, but we encountered numerous technological challenges that delayed or even temporarily halted the process — some of which we are still overcoming. Recordings sometimes appeared mirrored, and variations in upload speeds altered the real tempo of the movements. This made it difficult to properly assess positioning, timing, and energetic quality, and complicated the feedback process for students.
Although the foundation of the formation is fully established through the online material — where the knowledge, structure, and wisdom of the method are transmitted in a clear and systematic way — the live integration weekends provide the opportunity to deepen practical refinement. They allow for direct correction of positioning, authentic tempo, and energetic alignment within the movements.
As many masters say, training together in person is not “attending a course,” but meeting fellow practitioners and sharing meaningful time together. These live sessions are intended to support integration, clarity, and collective inspiration within the ongoing online formation.
This is the atmosphere I would like you to experience — one that lightens the mind and relaxes the process of growth.
